I told my boss last week that if we got to the final I’d have a “Dr’s appointment” on Monday and would be in about 10-30.

Was told to take the whole day off(unpaid) this morning.

Re: How much would you sell a euro final ticket for?
Tough to know. It's all done by app - I bought four for part of my group and I have to transfer it to them by putting their e-mail address into the app (that they've logged into the app using) and they appear instantly. They're official England tickets rather than UEFA, which might be a bit different.

When you get to the stadium you open the ticket app, then show your ticket to the person at the gate who taps your phone with a device that activates the ticket in some kind of Bluetooth fashion, which then works at the turnstile.

I'm sure there will be a way to do it (it might be as simple as them forwarding the ticket on the same way I have, but that feels a bit *too* simple given the faff of it all), but it's not a risk I'd be taking given the sums of money involved.

Re: How much would you sell a euro final ticket for?
It warns on the UEFA website that tickets bought from touts are invalid. Do they check at the stadium or is the warning just a meaningless threat?

I paid nearly 400 euros for a semi final ticket off some random Russian who was just walking through a bar near red square in 2018, saying he had a couple of spares. Then spent the next 5 or so hours sweating that it would probably be moody. Not only was it legit, he’d also sold it at face, so there certainly are some decent people about.

If Sullivan's reading this perhaps the penny will drop on how important cup runs are to many fans...

I paid £750 for two tickets to the 2003 RWC Final which was a lot of money for me at the time but looking at the prices quoted on here seems like a steal now!!

I did really well money wise in Taiwan, China and Malaysia, I could not get back to UK from China as my family were in Thailand so I went there on leave. When I was working in Malaysia we stayed in Northumberland Avenue twice in club quarters when we came back to the UK 2012 and 2013 even then I would pay max for any ticket £500 each for me and my boy

Well done aldgate

Lots of the others are normal tickets bought by fans through UEFA (what you're trying to do).

The best place to view the match is at home.
Wembley is nearly as bad as the cesspit so for me it wouldn't take too much to flog mine.

Well away members were given an allocation of 8,670 in a supposed 60,000 capacity.
